Missing the target isn’t the worst thing you can do — not taking the shot is!

When we started our online health and fitness business — it was at a time when there was a huge boom in box gyms opening and a trend of boutique studios popping up everywhere. Being a group fitness lover and Master-Trainer, I LOVED that model and saw how it brought people together in so many great ways.

This being said, even back then I was attracted by what was then a relatively ‘new’ idea of building a community and tribe online. Not being limited by space and having to trade time for money rather being able to GROW from not just a box — but wherever I was in the world. Now THAT appealed to me!!

When I started, I wanted to share this with everyone, so I set about telling as many of my fitpro friends as possible. I was met mostly with:

"Sounds great BUT... I’m too busy... Technophobe... Have no time... No good on Facebook... Blah blah blah..."

However a few good women took a “leap of faith” — and we worked together as a team learning the biz along the way.

Today we are soooo incredibly grateful we did because what we do is now in huge demand. We now take the skills we have learned and share them with others helping to guide them to a healthier and more holistic way of life through mindful eating and kickass progressive programming. We teach them to do exactly as we do so they can be financially rewarded for doing just that.


LIVEWRIGHT EATS

Snickerdoodle Snack Mix

Super Snack Mix

What you'll need...

  • ¼ cup / 25 g almond butter powder (or peanut butter powder)

  • 2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. water

  • 3 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips

  • 3 cups / 190 g low-sugar wheat squares cereal (like Chex)

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology

How to make it...

  1. Mix almond butter powder and water in a medium microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Add chocolate. Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir. Repeat as needed until chocolate is melted.

  3. Add cereal; stir until evenly coated.

  4. Add Shakeology; stir until evenly coated.

  5. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Container Equivalents: 1½ Yellow ½ tsp
