Sure Thing Super Block

Super Trainer Megan Davies is back with her inventive fusion of endurance and power-based workouts that are designed to help you get stronger, lose weight, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

Her Sure Thing Super Block consists of your favorite formats from the original program and new moves with elevated intensity that will have you sweating and feeling great every day. It’s time to say YES to YOU again!

THE WORKOUTS

These workouts hit everything in just 30 minutes, but you don’t have to jump in at max effort.

You are in charge of your change and modifications are provided in every workout to help you get results at your own pace.

For 3 weeks you’ll do 5 workouts each week followed by an UP Week (an optional 4th week).

This is where you reset, reflect and recover before taking on your next block or fitness adventure. This is called block periodization — the perfect balance of exercise, recovery, and training.

Start the first Monday of the month or whatever day works best for you.

Feel empowered, and supported by a trainer who shows you ANYTHING is possible.

Nutrition Support

Simple and delicious recipes, meal plans, cooking shows, zoom calls with our registered dietician, and new content every month — it’s all included!

There’s no guessing here — because you’ll have access to two proven nutrition programs (with videos) that are easy-to-follow. Plus, tons of recipes your entire family will love!

When you commit to your health esteem journey you’ll have access to our private community we call the Virtual Mega Gym where you’ll surround yourself with positive energy, people who support your goals, and a judge-free space where eating healthy and working out is the norm.
